Samsung itself has provided us with confirmation of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. Our sources have revealed that the phone selector of the Samsung Apps website provides the Galaxy S4 Mini as one of the choices.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini was widely expected in the Android community before any public mention of it was ever made. Samsung has developed a somewhat predictable pattern of delivering a flagship model and then releasing several variations of that phone.
