If you’re like me, you’ve probably been a bit underwhelmed by the current crop of BlackBerry 10 devices. As of right now, BlackBerry has released three smartphones running its new OS: the all-touch Z10, the QWERTY packing Q10, and the entry-level Q5. With phones like the new Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One already out, with the Apple iPhone 5S right around the corner, the current top of the line BlackBerry Z10 just doesn’t cut it anymore.

Thankfully, BlackBerry plans on launching an all new smartphone by November of this year on Sprint’s LTE network. The new BlackBerry flagship is currently being referred to as the A10, or by code-name Aristo, and is said to replace the Z10 as BlackBerry’s top-tier smartphone. The Z10 and Q10 are expected to slip down to mid-tier devices (with mid-tier pricing presumably) with the entry-level Q5 staying put in the low-tier segment it started out in.

So, what do we know about the A10? Outside of it being an all-touch smartphone like the Z10 and having an expected time of arrival on Sprint around the holiday season, we don’t know much. However, it is said that Sprint held off on the Z10 because it liked what BlackBerry had in store for the A10 so you know it’s got to be something good.
