The screenshots were shared by a Reddit user Jeremiah Wong, who bought a 920 off Ebay and found that it was running a peculiar OS: an internal beta. In addition to the notification center that seems to be accessible via a dedicated live tile, there seem to be some improvements to multitasking as well, Microsoft has also added the ability to close applications straight through the multitasking menu. A redesigned calendar interface with weekly views and what appears to be a much improved widget can also be seen. The handset is running on a software version that identifies itself as 12084.WPMAIN(wpbldlab).20130509-1407. The handset is running a number of developer centric applications and is clearly one that was being used a developer before being sold on eBay.
