According to the reports suggested by leakster "Llabtoofer" based on HTC RUSSIA Head, Kormilsev's tweet, HTC One S might not get Sense 5. Sources claim that it might be because of using S3 and S4 snapdragon processors. While porting Sense 5 to One S, there were several technical issues arised.
It seems that HTC doesn't want to spend resources on porting UI to S3 platform. Currently Both S3 and S4 variants are facing several bug issues after getting updated to 4.1.1 jelly bean. So it might be the reason why HTC refused Sense 5 for One S. As per the reports there might not be Sense 5 for One S, but there is no information about 4.2 update for One S. Hope HTC will release 4.2 update for One S with current sense version 4+ with all the bug fixes.
