Acer keeps the product announcements coming here at Computex. The company has just announced the launch of a brand new phablet Called the Liquid S1 that packs a 720p 5.7 inch screen. The phone is set to launch in asian and european markets, no plans for US as it lacks LTE radios which are critical for the market.
It is said to pack a Mediatek quad-core 1.5GHz processor and 1GB of RAM with Android 4.2 out of box. It also comes with 8GB memory that can be expanded via microSD card slot and a replacable 2400 MAh battery.The Liquid S1 said to launch in black and white colours in Q3 of this year across France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ukraine, Russia, UK and Germany and will be priced at 329 euros.
