New alleged parts of iPhone 5S leaked,  hinting that the device will launch in multiple colors. While the parts include the SIM card tray, volume rocker, power button and mute switch which don’t differ that much from the iPhone 5, some are in the belief they indicate more color options are incoming when the device actually launches. When that will be remains to be seen.

Many reports suggest Apple is already ramping up production for a possible July release for the next iPhone, but Tim Cook has repeatedly said no new hardware is coming until fall. Potential parts don’t necessarily mean a launch is imminent, so it’s hard to say if we’ll see a new device anytime soon. Plenty of rumblings seem to suggest as much, but that would once again break Apple’s iPhone release cycle.

WWDC is coming in mere days, though the week-long conference is expected to focus mainly on software. It’s possible we could see a follow up announcement sometime in July, and then a release two weeks later, but it’s always difficult to tell with Apple. For now, we have the usual rumors tiding us over until an official unveil.
