The Taiwanese site ePrice showed up some exclusive information about Sony’s upcoming ZU. They hints that it will indeed be announced on the 25th of this month, and it will be sporting a Snapdragon 800 chip clocked at 2.2 GHz, it’ll have 2 GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera, and a 3,000 mAh non-removable battery. 3000MAh for such a huge 1080p screen? It is something about to be worried.

Just like the smaller 5 inch Z and ZL, the Xperia ZU will be waterproof for up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes. The screen will also have some sort of new technology that allows you to use anything you want as a stylus. And by anything, I mean anything. A pencil, a pen, a quill, whatever. Sony isn’t going to include a stylus with the device, however they’ll bundle some applications that can take advantage of pen input.
